RECAP | STEM DAY: “ME IN A MULTIPOLAR WORLD”

On August 5 and 6, 2025, the campus of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted was filled with excitement and energy during the STEM Day event “Me in a Multipolar World.” Co-organized by VietHope and Kidspire Vietnam, the event provided students in the MDP program in Hue with meaningful learning experiences.
The journey was uniquely designed through three learning stations:
– “I Am Smart” – Students explored their own potential through Dr. Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, helping them identify personal strengths.
– “I Understand Myself” – A space for career orientation, guiding students to shape their future paths based on personality and abilities.
– “A Kaleidoscopic World” – An inspiring exploration of diverse cultures and perspectives, broadening students’ worldview.
In the afternoon, theory turned into action. Students worked in teams to bring creative ideas to life through practical projects such as “Hue & Sustainable Development,” “In Search of Identity,” and “App Inventor & The World of Work.”
The most memorable moment came when each group presented their heartfelt projects and products, sharing their dreams, personal reflections, and aspirations for the future. These authentic exchanges built a warm, joyful space filled with connection and laughter.
While the day came to an end, the spark of passion, creativity, and confidence will continue to shine within each student. We thank all the students for their courage to try new things, the dedicated guidance from Kidspire mentors, the enthusiastic support of VietHope volunteers, and everyone who contributed to making this program possible.
VietHope and Kidspire believe that when young people are given opportunities, they will shine in their own unique way. A new generation is growing—curious, innovative, and ready to shape the future. Let’s continue our journey to nurture a more confident and creative generation of Vietnamese youth.
