[Southern Summit 2026] Where Ideas Take Flight

Following days of learning, connecting, and stepping out of their comfort zones at the Southern Summit 2026, 56 “kites” of the F17 cohort entered a key milestone: presenting their community development projects.

On stage, these young leaders brought their ideas and actionable plans to life. Behind every pitch was a dedicated process of collaboration – conducting field research, engaging in constructive debate, delegating responsibilities, structuring action plans, and continuously refining their concepts.

This milestone allowed the F17 scholars to translate their training into real-world applications. Essential skills in teamwork, project management, public speaking, and critical thinking moved beyond theory, empowering scholars to build meaningful community initiatives in their own unique ways.

The presentation session concluded with valuable feedback, strategic guidance, and words of encouragement from experienced mentors. These insights enable our scholars to refine their projects further and step forward with confidence on their journey of community service.
