Ready early – Lead early.
Many first-year students experience uncertainty when navigating career choices. It is common to feel unprepared while others appear to be advancing with internships, language learning, or personal projects.
The Career Talk Summit was created to address exactly that challenge.

In the session “From Campus to the Real World”, Mr.Thắng Lý Quang (Vice President of HR at Katalon) and Ms. Nhi Hà (Senior Recruiter at JobSeeker.vn) shared practical, relatable insights on career development. They highlighted the importance of identifying necessary skills early and preparing proactively for the demands of the job market.

From career selection to CV building, from empathetic communication and critical thinking to telling a personal story persuasively – each topic was explored with honesty, inspiration, and real-world relevance:
– “No experience doesn’t mean there is nothing to share.”
– “Soft skills are not for competitions; they are for living and working.”
– “When you understand yourself, you won’t be swept away by others’ expectations.”
