Building upon their journey of self-discovery and team bonding, our 56 F17 scholars continue to soar at the Southern Summit 2026. This chapter engaged students in practical, real-world sessions where ideas were shaped, and fresh insights were uncovered through active dialogue and debate.

Guided by Mr. Hoang Phung Duc, National Program Coordinator at the International Labour Organization Vietnam, the F17 cohort explored the core principles of Project Management. From strategic planning and talent allocation to budgeting and risk management, scholars discovered that a successful project extends beyond a structured plan; it relies on adaptability and resilience when navigating challenges. These insights serve as a vital foundation for their future community initiatives.

The Summit atmosphere heightened during the “VietHope Dialogue” session, where theoretical knowledge was put into practice. Scholars articulated their perspectives, engaged in constructive counter-arguments, and continuously asked critical questions to refine their reasoning. A meaningful dialogue is not about winning or losing, but about stepping outside one’s comfort zone to examine issues through multi-dimensional lenses. Through this process, our F17 scholars continue to cultivate active listening and a mindset open to diverse viewpoints.
