VietHope at the 2025 U.S. – Vietnam Friendship Fair

On September 6, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, VietHope was honored to be one of 12 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) selected to participate in the 2025 U.S. – Vietnam Friendship Fair, organized by the U.S. Consulate General – Ho Chi Minh City.

The event was part of the activities celebrating the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United States, while also showcasing cooperative programs and strengthening connections between the two countries.

At its exhibition booth, VietHope had the opportunity to share its mission and 22 years of work in Vietnam, highlighting key programs that support students from disadvantaged backgrounds, including scholarships, skill development initiatives, and career guidance programs. The event also provided a chance for VietHope to meet and connect with other NGOs, expanding its network for community collaboration.

In particular, VietHope was honored to welcome U.S. Ambassador Marc Knapper to the booth. The Ambassador’s interest and recognition served as great encouragement, motivating VietHope to continue developing educational support programs for Vietnamese students.

This event was not only a proud milestone but also a source of motivation for VietHope to continue creating opportunities and nurturing dreams for the next generation of Vietnamese youth. VietHope looks forward to ongoing support and engagement from the community to continue this meaningful journey.

Later, on September 13, 2025, in Can Tho City, VietHope was again honored to be one of the NGOs selected to participate in the 2025 U.S. – Vietnam Friendship Fair in Can Tho, jointly organized by the U.S. Consulate General – Ho Chi Minh City and VUFO Can Tho.
